Aje now offers a Click & Collect service from all stores, free of charge. See below for frequently asked questions about the service.

 

What is Click & Collect?

Aje’s complimentary Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and pick up your item(s) from your selected Aje store. You will be notified by email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Order by 1pm for same day collection. See store opening hours and directions here.

 

Why should I use Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to shop conveniently online and pick up from store, reducing waiting time for orders and removing shipping costs. Click & Collect items can be collected from an Aje store within 24-48 hours of purchase. Click & Collect is available 7 days a week. Orders will be held for up to 14 days.

 

How do I place a Click & Collect order?

Shop via Click and Collect via two ways:

 

1. Once on the product page, select your desired size and navigate to the 'Find In Store' button below. Enter your details and select your nearest store for pick up. If this item is available it will display as available.

2. Once you have added your items to your shopping bag, proceed to view your bag (via the bag icon located in the top right screen), select your nominated pick up store and continue to the checkout.

 

You will receive an Order Confirmation email followed by an Order Status email once your items are ready for collection.

 

Which stores offer Click & Collect?

All Aje stores offer Click & Collect services. Click & Collect pick up times are in line with store opening hours.

 

When will my Click & Collect order be ready for pick up?

You can choose to pick up your Click & Collect order on the same day or next day, pending time of order placement and stock availability. See order cut off times below:

 

Same Day

Order before 10.00am for pick up by 1.00pm same day

Order before 1.00pm for pick up by 5.00pm same day

 

Next Day

Any items ordered after 1.00pm will be available for next day pick up any time within the relevant store's opening hours

 

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

 

What do I need to bring when I collect my order in store?

You will be required to bring your order confirmation email and a form of identification.

 

How will my item be packaged upon collection?

All Click & Collect orders will be steamed and hung awaiting collection. Upon pick up, all orders will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed into an Aje shopping bag.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order on my behalf?

If you require your order to be collected on your behalf, your nominated person will need to provide:

- A copy of the order confirmation email

- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf

- Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

 

What happens if I cannot retrieve my Click & Collect order within 14 days?

If you have not picked up your item(s) after three days of placing your order, you will receieve a reminder via email or phone call.

If you are unable to collect your order within 14 days and require an extension, please contact the relevant store.

 

How do I cancel my Click & Collect order?

You can cancel your Click & Collect order by contacting the Aje Customer Service team here.

 

Can I return an item purchased via Click & Collect and receive a refund?

Click & Collect orders follow the same return policy as online orders. See returns policy here.

Can I purchase a Gift Voucher via Click & Collect?

No, Gift Vouchers are unavailable via Click & Collect. However, Digital Gift Vouchers can be purchased here.

 

What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?

All products ordered through the Click & Collect service are subject to availability. Whilst we will strive to do our best to ensure the availability of products you ordered, there may be instances where the products are out of stock at your selected Click & Collect store location. If this happens, you will receive an email confirming which item(s) are unvailable as well as the precise amount due to be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving this email.
