Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity, we offer free shipping for orders over $300. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to being dispatched.

Please note, during sale, promotional, and peak periods orders may take longer than usual to be processed and dispatched. During these periods, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

Standard Delivery refers to the shipping method with Australia Post after your order has been processed and dispatched. Standard estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been forwarded to the courier.

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on NSW/AUS public holidays. If your purchase is time sensitive we also offer Click & Collect and in-store shopping in our Aje boutiques.

What You Need To Know

All domestic orders are delivered through Australia Post, these parcels are signature on delivery. You are welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise your parcel will be taken to the nearest Australia Post office. If an authority to leave is given or if Australia Post determine there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address - Australia Post will record a proof of delivery in this instance.

If the receiver gives the courier a signature release Aje is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing or is stolen, regrettably, Aje will not be able to refund or resend the parcel in this instance. Should your parcel become lost in transit or you believe it is mis-delivered please contact customer care immediately.

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to place temporary hold to or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

Changes To Your Order & Cancellations.

Order Information

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. This will also have our ABN and can be used to claim tax when leaving Australia. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 48 hours of purchase, should you purchase over public holidays or weekends your confirmation will be sent on the next business day.
