Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aje, as we operate as separate entities.

Full Priced Items

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Aje x #WeWearAustralian Competition

Aje x #WeWearAustralian Win A Wardrobe competition commences at 09:00am AEST 16/09/21 and closes 11.59pm AEST 16/10/2021. Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years or older, living in Australia. To qualify for entry, the Entrant must have purchased and be signed up to the Aje database by ticking the box at checkout or already be signed up to the Aje newsletter. The Entrant must make a purchase from the Australian website during the competition period to be eligible. The transaction will automatically enter the Entrant into the draw. Any costs associated with entering this Competition are the responsibility of each Entrant. One eligible transaction equals one (1) entry. Once submitted, no changes to or withdrawal of an Entry will be permitted. Any Entry that is made on behalf of an Entrant by a third party, or otherwise by proxy, will be invalid. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the entry is received by Aje and not the time of transmission by the Entrant. Every Aje purchase on the Australian website during the Competition Period will be eligible to enter into the prize draw. Multiple entries are permitted within the Competition Period for every Aje transaction. There is no limit on how many transactions the Entrant makes. There is no minimum spend threshold to enter. The Competition commences at 12:00 AEDST on Thursday 16 September 2021 and ends at 11:59 AEDST on Saturday 16th October 2021. The Competition is a game of chance. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted by the Aje and will be deemed to be invalid. Winner will be announced on 8th November 2021. Winner will be selected at random and must meet the criteria outlined within our Terms of Service. Entry will be automatically withdrawn should your purchase be returned. Directors, management, officers, employees, and contractors of Aje will be ineligible to enter the competition. The winner has until 22nd November 2021 to confirm their acceptance of the prize or an alternative winner will be drawn on 23rd November 2021. This Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Winners. Aje’s decision in relation to any or all aspects of this Competition is at its complete discretion, final and binding on all persons who enter this Competition, and no correspondence will be entered into. Aje will take no responsibility if a Winner's details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winner cannot be contacted. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash. The Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if a Winner is unable to use the Prize. All costs and expenses incurred by the winner in travelling to and from the Collection Point and transporting the Prize from the Collection Point to the winner’s place of residence shall be borne by the winner. This Competition, or any aspect of it, may be changed or withdrawn by Aje at any time without prior notification.

Sale Items

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code (for example Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty.

Jewellery and Shoes

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

Conditions of Return

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from the Aje e-Boutique.
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your Australian order will be returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date. Your Global order will be returned to us within 21 days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Aje without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
