This policy applies to all purchases made online at ajeworld.com.au. Please contact your closest Aje Boutique for more information about our in store returns policy.

Please note, unfortunately we cannot accept returns from other stores or online stores that stock Aje, as we operate as separate entities.

Full Priced Items

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit. Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Sale Items

Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code (for example Flash Sale or VOSN) are eligible for an e-Boutique credit. Note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping. e-Boutique credit is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any Sale items purchased online unless deemed faulty. Please note orders purchased on sale will not be packaged in an Aje box.

Accessories Sale

Terms and conditions apply. Shop up to 40% off selected accessory, shoes and jewellery styles available from Tuesday 19th May, while stocks last and/or unless otherwise withdrawn or extended. Offer excludes Acacia Strap Sandal in Black and White, Acacia Card Holder in Black and Tan, Aje Logo Classic Towels, the Silvatica Shoulder Bag in Black and Tan, the Amulet Fan Bag in Black and Tan, and all Pre-Fall 20 Accessories. Offer available in Aje stores and online. Offer is non-transferable, including to aje.com.au. Offer cannot be applied to previously purchased items. No price matching. Standard sale returns policy applies. Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery returns are not accepted.

Jewellery and Shoes

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for jewellery.

Please try on shoes on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept shoes with sole markings or scratches. Ensure shoes are returned with their original packaging.

Conditions of Return

Please ensure the below conditions are met, before submitting your return request:

  • The item/s were purchased from the Aje e-Boutique.
  • The item/s are in their original conditions: Unworn, not altered and/or washed.
  • All tags are still attached.
  • Your Australian order will be returned to us within 21 days from your delivery date. Your Global order will be returned to us within 21 days from your delivery date.

Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be valid for any return. Any items returned to Aje without approval will be returned at the customers' expense.
