Refundid is a third party Instant Refund return provider.
When using Refundid, refunds are paid out instantly and are received in your bank account within 60 seconds of the return being submitted.

How do I use Refundid?
If you haven’t already, create an account with Refundid by clicking the link here.
1. Select Refundid as your return option.
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the items you'd like to return.
4. Receive your instant refund.
5. Send your order back to us within 7 days.
How do I receive my refund?
When signing up to Refundid, you will be prompted to provide your BSB and Account Number. Once a return is lodged, you will receive your refund in the nominated bank account.
Can I use Refundid with Afterpay or Klarna?
Yes, Refundid works with all payment gateways.
Simply follow the usual Refundid return process to receive your instant refund. After that, you can then use the funds received to repay your outstanding balance with your Buy Now Pay Later provider.
Is Refundid free to use?
Yes! Refundid is free to use for all customers.
Is there a refund limit with Refundid?
Yes. Refundid currently offers instant refunds on up to $750 of your order.
What products can I return with Refundid?
You can use Refundid on any item that is eligible for a refund as per our returns policy.
When do I need to return my items?
Once a return has been submitted, you will have 7 days to post your items back to us. If your return has not been posted within this timeframe, Refundid will reverse the instant refund they have paid out to your nominated bank account.
Can I drop off my Refundid return in-store instead of posting it back?
Unfortunately at this stage Refundid is only available for online returns.
