MONDAY 30TH MARCH:

To our dear Customers,

We continue to wish you and your loved ones well during these unprecedented times.

As the picture has evolved over the past week, we are acting to further ensure the health and safety of our team and customers in Australia.

Aje will be temporarily closing our stores for a four week period, commencing Tuesday 31 March. We would like to thank our dedicated retail team who have made every effort during this period to continue to provide the Aje experience for our customers. We look forward to welcoming our team and you, our customers, back with open arms in late April.

Aje's website, ajeworld.com.au, is open 24 hours and continues to be available for shipping.

We are upholding high levels of sanitisation in our warehouse throughout this time and working closely with our courier services to ensure orders are delivered in the shortest possible time frame.

New Zealand COVID-19 Update From Aje

TUESDAY 24TH MARCH:

To our dear friends across the Tasman,

First and foremost, we are wishing you and your loved ones well during these unprecedented times. As the picture has evolved this week, we have acted to ensure the health and safety of our team and customers in New Zealand. In accordance with the government's move to Level 4 of their COVID-19 response plan, Aje Westfield Newmarket will temporarily close for the duration of the next four weeks. The opening of Aje's luxury pop up store at Commercial Bay is also on hold.

Aje's NZ website, ajeworld.co.nz, is open 24 hours and remains available for shipping. We are strictly adhering to high levels of sanitisation in our warehouse throughout this time and working closely with our courier services to ensure orders are delivered in the shortest possible time frame.

Aje has temporarily adjusted store opening hours in our stores across Australia and New Zealand, to accomodate the needs of our customers and team during this time.

Stores will be operating to these reduced hours for the foreseeable future.

Hi from Aje HQ,

First and foremost, we would like to extend our love and thoughts to those personally affected by the Coronavirus outbreak - you are in our hearts and minds. Our greatest appreciation and admiration goes out to the medical practitioners working tirelessly around the clock the world over.

Edwina and I wanted to talk to you directly about what we are doing to prioritise the wellbeing of our customers and team at Aje during this period of uncertainty.

Aje is a family business and as such we treat our team and you, our beloved Aje customers, like family.

To this end, we have taken a number of measures to ensure we are serving you best during the current circumstances.

Extra care is being taken to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation in Aje stores. The same standards are being applied at our head office and online warehouse.

The Aje website and delivery services continue to operate as usual to ensure you can continue to shop our beautiful collections remotely and receive your orders. There are even more styles available on ajeworld.com than usual during this time, so we encourage you to browse at your leisure.

We will continue to release exciting new arrivals over the coming weeks both in stores and online.

We are expanding our customer service team to assist with demand, and encourage you to telephone a store, DM or email us directly if you’re seeking styling advice or wish to speak directly to a member of the Aje team.

With these measures in place, as well as a strict adherence to expert prescribed health and sanitation guidelines, we will be carrying on with life as usual.
