Aje charges a flat fee of $20 for same day delivery.
Which courier do you use for same day delivery?
All same day delivery orders are delivered with Uber.
How does Same Day Delivery work?
Aje offers Same Day Delivery within 10kms of Aje Sydney City. If your item is available within these locations and your delivery address is within a 10km radius, Same Day Delivery will be available on the product page and at checkout as a shipping option.
What days and times is Same Day Delivery available?
Same Day Delivery is available between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday.
Same Day Delivery is not available at checkout?
In in the instance Same Day Delivery is not available at checkout, it is likely due to your location or lack of inventory. If you believe there has been a mistake, please call our Customer Service team on +61 480 022 160.
How do I know when my order is on its way?
You will receive both an email and an SMS to confirm your Same Day Delivery order has been placed. Please keep a close eye on your phone for additional SMS updates on your orders journey.
Do I need to sign for my Same Day Delivery?
Yes all Aje Same Day Delivery orders require our customers to sign for their orders on arrival.
My Same Day Delivery order has been cancelled, why?
On occasions Aje may be unable to facilitate your Same Day Delivery. You will be contacted in this circumstance and offered an alternative solution or refund.
