TOP LOCAL DINING SPOTS I LOVE TO SUPPORT
For quality take away breakfast and coffee, I absolutely love Laika and also Someday Coffee Co!
Si Paradiso are offering an incredible range of takeaway options such as their Pappardelle with Veal & Pork Ragu! Last week we ordered from Wines of While and had the Macadamia Pesto Tortiglioni (yes, I am eating a lot of pasta!).
For small batch delivery wine boxes to your door - Heroes and Comrades is a must!

KEEPING A HEALTHY BODY, MIND AND SOUL
Last week I signed up to Studio Équilibre’s online pack for live streamed Pilates Reformer, Barre & Mat Classes. Having unlimited streaming access has really helped me gain some momentum and focus during these times!

I’ve also begun using the skincare ‘The Secret’ developed by Perth’s Dr. Deb Cohen-Jones and Dr. Clara Hurst. It is Australia’s first prescription skincare and with only three products in the mix I am using. Such a simple routine with amazing results already!

For inspiration, Styled Notion Ceramic Vessels by Perth local artist Emma Lindergaard. Each are hand-built using the coiling method and individually dipped in stoneware.

I’ve recently commissioned artist, Lauren Kennedy to complete a bespoke portrait of my daughter to compliment my favourite painting she did of my son a few years ago.

Jordy Hewitt is another local favourite. My husband bought me a painting of hers for my 30th last year. She is currently spending her isolation time in her studio and has begun working on commissions again.

A walk around Point Walter at the Bicton Foreshore is a must.

I am also keeping busy at home by setting up sensory play activities for my son Tex, baking, painting, reading, dancing to African dancehall Youtube choreography (I’m terrible), playing records, annoying my husband as well as Facetiming friends and family. Oh, and I have also picked up learning Spanish again!
