When I got shortened be cause the hem is not stitched , the strings kept coming out and fraying which ruined my pants There are no instructions of how to shorten or if the fabric was treated in order to not fray , I asked some assistant s at your store of what to do , they took my number and said they will contact head office , and they never got back to me .
